Our weekly festival season every Tuesday from June to September, with one-man party sensation Roscius, electro-classical ensemble Three Laws, and pianist/songwriter Zoe Phillips with her band.
ROSCIUS
Composing through improvisation, personal recording, live vocal sampling, bass looping, special percussion and piano skills, "Roscius creates a unique and absorbing soundscape, genuinely innovative and emotional, a mixture of acoustic and intelligent dance music, organic techno and ethnic deep house"
French born, London-based underground composer, producer and live performer, Roscius has spent the last year building an enviable reputation, with the release of his debut eps WMD#1 and WMD#2, as well as successful tours in France, UK, the Middle East and Asia.
THREE LAWS
Three Laws was formed by Louise Gold and Adam Relf, combining Louise’s vocals and songwriting with Adams Composition and production. After self releasing their first EP, they were discovered by West One Music Group, who released their debut album Illuminated last year.
Their sound is dark and atmospheric, weaving together haunting vocals, cinematic soundscapes, classical piano and dramatic percussion. They Recently formed a band to bring there music to life on stage Including Piano, Cello, Violin and drums, and have been gigging regularly from the start of the year. They just returned from playing at the Berlin Music Video Awards, where their First single Siren Song was up for a nomination.
Siren Song, was released in summer 2017. They joined forces with acclaimed Filmmaker Calum MacDiarmid (Vaults, Melody Gardot) to create a stunning music video. Three Laws Music has also been licensed around the world to various media outlets and tv shows including Netflix and the BBC.

ZOE PHILLIPS
Distinguished by haunting vocals and emotive sounds, ZoëPhillips is a vocalist and songwriter from Hertford. Her music is hard to box up as she has dabbled in dance music as well but her ambient piano-based approach can nod towards the likes of Birdy and Rae Morris.Now gigging live with a full backing band, her music has previously been supported by BBC Introducing and BBC 6 Music, whilst live performances include Glastonbury festival.
ABOUT THIS EVENT
Since our first season in 2013, our event at Dalston Eastern Curve Garden has always inspired audiences in a unique and thrilling way. This season of events captures the essence of a weekend rural festival in the centre of Dalston on a Tuesday evening.
The phenomenal surrounds of the garden combine with delicious pizzas from David Latto, and a supreme and ever-evolving roster of acts, to create a magical atmosphere which brings people together in a friendly and welcoming space.
It's a community of music-lovers, summer-lovers and life-lovers, brought together to celebrate the warm months in a carefree and supportive atmosphere, with a compelling live soundtrack.
