A St.Patrick's Day with a Difference
We are delighted to invite you for a St Patrick’s Night that’s sure to get you jumping - an explosive night of Irish themed dancing and mayhem
featuring Honeyfeet, an all-star line-up of Celtic musical maestros led by The Langan Band’s Alastair Caplin, and cracking tunes from DJ Gwennie.
UILLEANN PIPES - DELICIOUS IRISH STEWS - CEILI DANCING
and LIVE MUSIC FROM :
HONEYFEET
Combining the impossible vocal melodies of Irish front woman Ríoghnach Connolly with dirty blues grooves, ethio-sax, soaring flute, heavy beats, and killer on-stage charisma, Honeyfeet can wow any crowd. The level of downright musical attitude on that stage is more than enough to get any party bouncing and it's a massive honour to have our favourite Manchester gang in town for our Epic St Patrick’s Day celebration.
ALASTAIR CAPLIN & THE CELTIC FAMILY
The Langan Band have been making waves at this year’s Celtic Connection with an appearance on BBC1 Scotland and a live show at Glasgow’s Old Fruitmarket. Fiddle player Alastair Caplin has taken a night off the band’s hectic live schedule to bring together some of London’s finest Celtic musicians including Ewan Mcdonald, Lewes Murray for an electric set of traditional Irish and Scottish tunes featuring fiddle, cittern, pipes and calling from Ceilidh Liberation Front’s Gwendolen von Einsiedel.
DJ GWENNIE
Fire in the Mountain Festival's favourite DJ. A woman of many talents, she will get you dancing in no time.
We'll be serving tasty home made Irish stews on the night.
Tickets: £8 early bird, £12 advance, £14 on the door
